“The success of our business --- building, managing and operating the NLEX --- depends, to a large extent, in maintaining a harmonious partnership with our host communities. The Tarlac Provincial Police is one such important community,” thus said Rodrigo E. Franco, president of the Manila North Tollways Corporation (MNTC). MNTC is the builder and concessionaire of the NLEX.
Franco said “MNTC conducts extensive community consultations and regular dialogues in designing and operating the best expressway to serve public interest.”
The MNTC president was the speaker and guest of honor at the 20th Police Community Relations Month celebration held at Camp Macabulos, Tarlac, recently.

MNTC has won a number of awards for its CSR programs while the Tarlac Provincial Police was recently awarded Best Police Community Relations in Central Luzon and is competing for the national award.
